First Day

College classes begin today. My morning swimming and weight lifting program also began this morning. I swam about 20 lengths of the pool this morning, 15 of those were mainly drill work. I did thumb to thigh, closed fist, kick board drill, and one hand pull drills. I am not a great swimmer and have a lot of work to do, but I will keep at it. 20 mile bike ride planned for this afternoon going to work on aerobar position.
